Pass Plus

Service Description

The Pass Plus scheme was introduced by the D.V.S.A. to allow pupils to further improve their driving skills after passing the Learner driving test whilst still under supervision of an approved driving instructor. The course is usually conducted all in one day and will include all the subjects the pupil would have encountered during their driving lessons but will cover extra modules which may not have been covered before passing the driving test, such as wet weather driving, night time driving and motorway driving. The Pass Plus can also reward the candidate with lower insurance costs with certain insurers. If weather conditions and light conditions are not conducive to covering all subjects fully, then a Q&A discussion would usually take place to help improve the pupils knowledge about that particular subject . The Pass Plus route will usually be driving towards, and close to London.
